1. Reporting Issues
Report any damage, wrong size, or incorrect product within 48 hours. Use the Feedback Reporting Form or call the number provided.
2. Return Window
Return items in original condition with tags within 7 days of receipt. Returns after 7 days are not accepted.
3. Verification
All returns are verified via uploaded images and original tags before approval.
4. Return Shipping
Use tracked postal services for returns. Return shipping reimbursed if return is due to our error with receipt submission.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut fabrics are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
- Submit the Feedback Reporting Form within 7 days.
- Select return reason and upload photos including tags.
- Our team reviews and responds within 48 hours.
Returns after 7 days will not be processed.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will not exceed original product price.
- Bank transfers refunded as gift vouchers only.
- Returns marked "Did not like it" from Canada & Europe exclude customs fees paid by us.
