At Choli's.in, we have a liberal returns policy to ensure your satisfaction with our products.


Reporting Issues

Any complaints regarding damage, fit/size issues, or receiving a different product should be reported by filing our Feedback Reporting Form or by calling +91-8780540663 within 48 hours of receipt.

It is mandatory to upload clear digital pictures showing the problem area along with the original tags in your report.


Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt.
  • Returns reported after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
  • Returns are verified based on uploaded images and the presence of original tags.
  • Orders for fabrics are not eligible for return unless a different or damaged fabric was sent.

Return Process

  1. Fill the Feedback Reporting Form within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Select the reason for return and upload clear pictures of the product, tags, and problem areas.
  3. Our team will review your submission and respond within 48 hours with the next steps.

Please ensure images correspond correctly to your reason for return. Returns initiated after 7 days will not be accepted.


Shipping Returns

We recommend using your local postal service with tracking to return items.

If the return is due to our error, please share the return shipping receipt to claim reimbursement.


Refunds on Returns

  • Refund amounts will never exceed the original product cost.
  • Orders paid via Bank Transfer will receive refunds only as Gift Vouchers for the full product value.
  • For returns from Canada & Europe, customs charges paid by Panchhi Fashion at delivery will not be refunded.
